Cookie Policy
Last updated 20 September 2026
Short version: drexongroup.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and doesn't follow you around the web. This page explains the little we do store and the third-party tools that load only when you use them.
1. What cookies and storage are
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar mechanism. Both let a site remember something between page loads. Some are essential to how a site works; others are used for analytics or advertising. We use only the essential kind.
2. What this site stores by default
On its own, this website stores exactly one thing on your device:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
drx_cookie_ack | Local storage (essential) | Remembers you've seen our cookie notice so it doesn't show again | Until you clear your browser storage |
It stays on your device and is never sent to us. We set no other cookies, and we use no analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Third-party tools that load only when you use them
Some features connect to other companies. These load only when you choose to use them, and each runs under its own privacy and cookie policy:
| Tool | Loads when | May set |
|---|---|---|
| Athena voice assistant (ElevenLabs) | You click "Hear her answer" / "Talk to Athena" | Its own cookies/storage to run the conversation |
| Stripe checkout | You click "Start now" and go to checkout | Cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention |
| Web3Forms | You submit the contact form | Nothing persistent — it just delivers your message |
4. Fonts
The site's typeface is served by Google Fonts. Loading the font files sends your IP address to Google so it can deliver them; Google Fonts does not set cookies for this. If you'd prefer this not happen at all, a content blocker will stop it, and the site still works with your device's default font.
5. How to control cookies and storage
- Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies and local storage in its settings — usually under "Privacy" or "Site data."
- Clearing site data for drexongroup.com removes the one item above; the cookie notice will simply show again next time.
- Blocking third-party cookies won't break the main site; it may limit the voice assistant or checkout, which need their own cookies to function.
6. Changes
If we ever add a cookie or a tool that changes this picture, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it takes effect. If we introduced anything non-essential, we'd ask for your consent first.
