Terms of Service

Last updated 19 July 2026

These terms govern the services Drexon Group LLC provides. They're written plainly on purpose — you should be able to read them without a lawyer, and you should know what you're agreeing to before you pay us anything.

1. Who these terms are for

Drexon sells to businesses, not consumers. By subscribing you confirm you're acting for a business and that you're authorised to enter agreements on its behalf. In these terms, "you" means that business.

2. If you have a signed agreement, it wins

If you and Drexon have signed a separate written agreement, that agreement controls wherever it differs from this page. These terms fill the gaps; they don't override what you negotiated.

3. What we provide

Three plans, all fully managed. You never have to touch the tools.

Storefront — $499 one-time build, then $99/month

A website designed and built for your business and launched for you. The $499 is a one-time build fee. The $99/month covers keeping the site managed: hosting, SSL, connecting and serving your domain, uptime monitoring, security patches, and backups, with a named point of contact. The domain itself is registered in your name and remains your property. It does not include content changes or new pages, which are quoted separately.

Front Desk — $599/month

An AI voice agent (Athena) that answers your inbound calls 24/7, books appointments to your calendar with an email confirmation to your customer, captures leads, produces a summary of every call, and reports monthly.

Full House — $699/month

Storefront and Front Desk together, with the $499 website build fee waived. Everything described above for both plans applies, including that website content changes and new pages are quoted separately.

Work outside these plans is quoted separately. Custom projects are priced above the standard plans and begin with a 50% deposit.

4. Setup

Setup is fast. We build your agent from your website and a short onboarding call, provision a dedicated number, and help you set call forwarding on your existing line. Call answering goes live as soon as your number is connected and your calendar is set up — usually within a few hours, not weeks. You keep your existing business number and carrier, and forwarding is reversible from your phone at any time.

5. What we aim for, and what happens if we miss

On plans that include call answering (Front Desk and Full House), the service is built to answer 100% of your inbound calls, around the clock. That is the standard we hold ourselves to and report against every month. It is a target we build toward, not a guarantee of a particular business outcome — how many of those calls become booked jobs depends on your market, your pricing, your availability, and how you follow up.

On plans that include a website (Storefront and Full House), we aim to keep your site online and patched, and we monitor it for downtime. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, since hosting and network providers sit outside our control, but if your site goes down we treat it as our problem to fix.

If the service falls short in a given month because of something on our side — calls going unanswered when they should have been handled — we keep working at no additional charge until it's right, and we'll add a service that isn't in your plan while we do. That's our commitment instead of a refund, and it's the same for every client.

6. Fees, billing, and cancellation

  • Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
  • The one-time website build fee is charged at sign-on, covers the build itself, and is separate from the monthly plan. It is not prorated, and once we have started building it is not refundable.
  • The price is the same for every client. We don't negotiate it, and nobody gets a better deal than you.
  • If cash flow is tight we can split the month — half at sign-on, half at month's end. That's a schedule change, not a discount.
  • Monthly plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime. No minimum term and no lock-in. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be billed again. Cancelling partway through a month ends the service at the end of that paid period; we don't refund the remainder.

7. If a payment fails

We attempt the charge on your billing date. If it fails, you get a one-day grace period and an email letting you know. If it's still unpaid the following day, the service pauses automatically — it does not cancel. Everything picks up where it left off as soon as payment goes through. This is the same for every client regardless of how long you've been with us, and it's a payment mechanism, not a penalty.

8. Refunds

We don't refund fees for services already delivered. When something goes wrong on our side, we fix it, verify the fix, and then add a service you're not paying for — that's how we make it right, and in our experience it's worth more than the money back.

The one exception: if we take a deposit for a custom project and then conclude we can't build it to our standard, we stop and refund the deposit in full. We'd rather return your money than hand you something we wouldn't run in our own business.

9. What we need from you

These aren't formalities — the service is legal and effective only if they're true.

  • You tell your callers that calls are answered and recorded by an AI system. We disclose this at the start of every call, and you should reflect it wherever you publish your phone number. Recording laws vary by state and some require every party to consent.
  • You have the right to forward your calls to us and to have us answer, record, and summarise them on your behalf.
  • You provide accurate information about your business — services, hours, pricing, and availability — and respond to setup and approval requests in reasonable time. Athena can only be as accurate as what you give us.
  • You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of the above.

10. What we won't do

We don't have Athena deceive callers about being an AI — she discloses it at the start of every call. We don't make automated outbound calls to consumers on your behalf. We don't work on adult content, gambling, or anything we consider likely to harm the people the service touches. If you ask us to, we'll decline and you can cancel.

11. Who owns what

You own your data: your customer information, your call and lead records, your brand, and the content you give us. You keep all of it, and you can ask for a copy of your lead data at any time.

We own our systems: our AI agents and their prompts, our automations, workflows, templates, and the methods behind them. Subscribing gives you the use of these while you're a client; it doesn't transfer them. Anything we build specifically for you as a custom project is yours once it's paid for.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver your service. We ask the same of you regarding our systems and pricing structure. This continues after the relationship ends.

13. Things outside our control

Our service depends on providers including Stripe, ElevenLabs, Telnyx, Supabase, Google, Netlify, and n8n. We choose them carefully and monitor them, but we can't guarantee their uptime and we're not liable for their outages, price changes, or policy changes. If one fails in a way that materially affects your service, we'll tell you, work around it, and credit you if the interruption is significant.

14. Limits on liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here guarantees a particular business outcome beyond the commitment in section 5.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

15. Ending the relationship

You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your paid period. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach section 9 or 10, or if payment stays unpaid for 30 days. On termination we stop answering your calls and release your dedicated number, hand over your lead data on request, and delete or retain information as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, both of us agree to try to resolve the dispute directly — email salonso@drexongroup.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most things get fixed at this stage. If that fails, disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and we both consent to that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an active client, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you don't agree.

18. The rest

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing something once doesn't waive it. You can't transfer your agreement without our written consent; we may transfer ours if the business is sold. These terms plus any signed agreement are the whole agreement between us.
