Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Drexon Group LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how, how long we keep it, and how we protect it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Drexon Group LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company. In this policy, "Drexon," "we," and "us" mean Drexon Group LLC. "You" means whoever is reading it — a visitor to this website, a client, or someone who called a business we answer for.

1. Who this policy covers

We handle information about two different groups of people, and we treat them differently. Most privacy policies blur this. We'd rather be specific, because your rights depend on which group you're in.

• Website visitors — people who fill in the contact form on drexongroup.com.
• Callers — people who phone a business that uses our AI answering service.

2. What we collect

From website visitors

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number, which plan you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you across other websites.

From callers

When you call a business that uses our AI answering service, our system answers, and the call may be recorded, transcribed, and summarised so that the business does not lose your message. We collect what you tell the system: your name, contact details, why you called, and any appointment you book. Our AI discloses at the start of the call that the call may be recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, say so — the system will offer to take a message another way, or you can ask for a call back.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to you when you contact us, and to work out whether we're a good fit.
• To deliver the service a client is paying for — answering their calls, capturing leads, and booking meetings.
• To bill clients and keep accurate financial records.
• To report to clients on what was sent, answered, and booked.
• To fix and improve our own systems when something goes wrong.
• To meet legal obligations, and to handle opt-out and deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information, and we never have. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.

4. Who we share it with, and how

We're a small company that runs on other companies' software. Every provider below receives only what it needs to do its job, receives it over an encrypted connection, and is contractually barred from using it for anything else.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If we're ever acquired or merged, information may transfer as part of that — we'd tell you before it changed how your information is used.

5. Whose information it is

When we answer calls for a client, that client is responsible for telling their own callers that calls are answered and recorded by an AI system, and for the accuracy of the business information the AI relies on. We act on their instructions.

Clients receive a report on their calls and results once a month. They do not get live access to our internal contact database.

6. How we protect it

• Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Our providers encrypt data at rest.
• Our contact database is private by default and enforces row-level security. It cannot be read from a browser or by an anonymous request; only our server-side systems can reach it.
• Access is limited to people who need it, which today is a very short list, and accounts use multi-factor authentication.
• Credentials are stored in a password manager and in server environment variables, never in documents or messages.

We should be honest with you: no system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

7. How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions — up to 24 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
• Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries — retained only as long as needed to deliver and report on the service, then deleted.
• Billing records — 7 years, because tax law requires it.

8. Your choices

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it;
• stop contacting you.

Email salonso@drexongroup.com and we'll action it within 30 days. We won't charge you, we won't make you create an account, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

9. Children

Drexon sells to businesses. This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we'll make a reasonable effort to tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
